Log Shifts in Pipeline

Log in, start logging a shift, and manage training tasks.

TL;DR

Log in to the system
Navigate to pipeline.us and log in.

Start a training shift
Click Start Training and search for the user.

Log training details
Fill out completions and move to the next stage.

Manage checklists
Check off skills and add comments.

Review activity log
Check all actions and update shift info.

Complete the shift
Mark it as complete and update requirements.

Let's Do It Together!

Step 1: Log In

  1. Navigate to your organization's subdomain: pipeline.us.

  2. Log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Start Training

  1. Click on the Start Training button.

  2. Search for the user you are working with.

  3. If you are a preceptor or FTO, search for your trainee; if a trainee, search for your FTO.

  4. Adjust the default shift duration and date if necessary, then click Start Training.

Step 3: Log Training Details

  1. Click to begin logging training and fill out the necessary completions and rubrics.

  2. Leave comments for review later.

  3. Once ready, click Move to the next stage to advance the shift.

Step 4: Manage Checklists

  1. Go to Checklists to find skills needing completion.

  2. Check off completed skills, add comments, and click Done.

  3. Switch between checklists to view tasks and completion dates.

Step 5: Review Activity Log

  1. Access the Activity Log to see all actions in order.

  2. If you have permissions, go to Settings to change shift information.

  3. Leave shift notes and add requirements as needed.

Step 6: Complete the Shift

  1. As an admin, move back and forth in the workflow.

  2. Mark the shift as complete and update all requirements.
